hi all,i think ihave aprox 15 grand equity in house ...would this be a barrier to trust deed?

Not particularly, however if you can provide more information ie level of debts, are they joint, surplus income if debts are not being paid etc, then hopefully we can advise further.

Hopefully we will be able to point you in the right direction, however like Mark says we will need a wee bit more information from you first.
It is a scary, but hopefully there is a solution out there for you, which will help to ease your worries.
