We signed a trust deed in December and thankfully its now protected we have a ?ú1000 to pay in equity whats the best way to pay this should we pay it up as a seperate payment as we dont have enough to pay the ?ú1000 upfront I know by reading posts on this site its better to deal with this in the 1st year of the PTD.

Hi mags

do you have a 3rd party who could pay this up, perhaps 10 x ?ú100?

Hi mags67,

I don't think there would be any problem with you paying this amount.

Yes mags67, as trust deed assistant says, this should be possible

Hi mags67

Best idea would be to work out what you can afford and speak with your husband's trustee and make an offer ie 10 payments of ?ú100, 5 payments of ?ú200 etc. At least you will be safe in the knowledge that when it is paid, the matter of the equity is dealt with.
