What sort of paperwork/evidence/proof/statements are you required to provide when starting to arrange a trust deed? eg last few months statements? 3 months? 6 months?

We would normally look for photo ID, recent pay slips (last 3 months) and any info that can be provided about your creditors (ie recent statements).

If some creditor information is not available then it should not prevent you from going ahead with a trust deed though, so no need to worry if this is the case.

Hi Bob

We would look for the same documents as Kevin, although in addition it is handy if we can also get copies of original loan agreements, however it's not a problem if they can't be located.
