Thanks again for your advice, I have emailed my IP and have asked for them to confirm in writing.
Is it possible that the IP would put me forward for bankrupty without me knowing about it?

Thank you

Hi there

To do this, he would have to petition the court and show just cause why sequestration should be awarded. I think this is very unlikely and you would receive paperwork in any event before anything happened.

They would need to take court action to make you bankrupt, so would have to serve papers on you.
I'll be interested to find out what they send out to you in response to your email - keep us posted!

Hi Mark and Kevin,

I have now sent 3 emails to the IP asking for confirmation that the Trust Deed is not running and have had no reply. Can you advise me on what i should do, dont want to upset them.

Also if i am in a TD is it possible to change Trustee and to apply for it to become protected.

We owe 48k between myself and my husband, not including the mortgage, companies that we owe are mint, barclaycard, halifax, abbey, hitachi next.

Thanks

Thank you
