Hi marlush

The answer is yes as any benefit from the estate would be regarded as an asset in the Trust Deed and there is an obligation to notify the trustee if you acquire any estate.

It shouldn't make any difference marlush. Any funds coming to you from your mother's estate would be separate from this and couldn't be used towards paying for equity.

Hi marlush,

Sorry to hear about your mother passing away.

You will need to let your Trustee know as and when your circumstances do change. I dont suppose it would do any harm to let them know now that this is likely to happen in the coming months.
