Hi jd61.

A single creditor objecting might not be a major issue.

Have you discussed the ramifications with your DAS adviser? Their views may be pretty important.

Hi jd61, if one of the creditors has objected, the Accountant in Bankruptcy will now decide if the proposal is acceptable, under the fair and reasonable test. You will just have to wait. If you have information that you think may help, make sure the money adviser puts that forward for the review, although that should have already been done. Do you know why it was rejected?

Were they added on as a creditor at a later stage jd61?

I'm sorry that you have this worry at what must be a difficult time for you already.

As long as you are willing to add in the balance of the BNPL items owed to the catalogue company to your DAS then I imagine there should be no problem jd61. This can easily be done as a variation once the DAS is approved and it is quite common for the DAS Administrator to approve DPPs under the Fair & Reasonable test with this stipulation attached in these circumstances.

As trust deed asistant says, you should speak with your DAS Money Adviser to ensure that they have noted your willingness to do this on the system.
