Hi there
I've only a couple of days left of the 5 week period (TD went in Gazette on 1st Nov).
Spoke to Trustee today, who said there has been no objections as yet.
Is it normal for creditors to be so quiet during this period? Or will there be a mad rush at end? (Main creditors are Clydesdale Bank and Birmingham Midshires).
Hi Delboy69
Don't worry, its pretty standard. I'm sure it will be fine.
Some creditors are quicker than other, but it's nothing unusual.

Got an attack of last minute nerves as i near Protected Status and just wanted to make sure.
Hi Delboy69
Even worse if 5 weeks are up at 5pm on Friday and they all disappear home early!!

Yep, and certainly known to happen at this time of year!
Hi Delboy69
I know you will be feeling a bit anxious but i'm sure when the 5 week period is up and the Trustee has said that there were no objections. It will be a huge relief to you.I'm sure everything will be fine. I hope all goes well.

We dont often here of td's failing to become protected so have faith in your trustee to get it right.
Its hard not to be worried though!
