Hi plaxton panther.

Why don't you make a formal complaint to Creation?

That will force them to assign someone to look into the matter.

It's not in their interests to carry on spending time and money hassling you once you're in a trust deed. Hopefully they'll quickly realise that.

You can also tell them that you will report them for harassment if they don't stop- it often does the trick!

Tell them that you are recording the calls and that you will be contacting the police if they continue to harass you, when clearly you are protected by the trust deed.

Keep a book beside your phone and write down every time they call you along with the time (This is usefull if you have to make a complaint as you can then list in your letter every call recieved to show they are harassing you).

Every time they call tell them the same thing. I have entered into a trust deed on (give them the date) and tell them to check the register of insolvencys on the Account in bankrupctcy website to confirm this and to speak directly with your ip.

Then tell them you are now no longer willing to speak to them and if the calls do not stop you will make a formal complaint to there company along with other department of authority. Then put the phone down. If they continue as soon as they say whom they are put the phone down or tell them you are not willing to speak to them as you are in a trust deed and place the phone down.

Unfortunetley with debt collectors you have to be cruel to be kind
