Hi weebill

Nothing at all. The trust deed has nothing to do with you obtaining a credit card. If you are paying this, then its of no concern to the Trustee.

Hi weebill

No problem. I think the forum highlights people's experiences and unfortunately there seems to be variations on how diffetent firms interpret the legislation/guidance we work under.

Even after 26+ years doing this job ( since I was 10!!) I'm still amazed at the things I see & hear.

I'll second that Mark! Some of the things I read on here and hear about shock me.

It's nothing to worry about weebill as long as it doesn't impact on your Trust Deed payments and get out of control.

There's no rule against using credit weebill.

At the same time, no allowance will normally be made to assist you with the repayments. That's what makes it risky really.

If your allowances are so tight that you have to use credit to get by then something needs done. Have you had a recent review?
