Hi All,
I am receiving a bonus of ?ú2500 for being with my company for 10 years, I am currently in a trust deed for the last 7 months, please tell me what is the absolute worse that can happen to me if I don't declare it but get found out?
Hi Sam21
I think your question ( from previous posts) is that you received a substantial bonus before, spent it and failed to declare it and are about to recieve another one and don't intend to declare it, so what's the worst they can do.
I think your question is inappropriate for the forum and think this is a matter between you and your trustee.

Hi Sam21
If you continue to fail to declare bonuses, the Trustee could refuse to grant your discharge.

Hi sam21,
Just to add to Mark and Julie's comments I absolutely think you should properly notify your Trustee of this bonus.
Your creditors have agreed to write-off any debt you cannot repay only in return for you paying what you can afford. To do otherwise appears to be entirely inappropriate.
Thankyou for all your comments, this question was based on a friend who is looking at receiving a bonus. I told my trustee about my bonus and we came to an arrangement that I pay half back. Thanks anyway
P.S, If I was receiving another bonus, I would not be in a trust deed.
