I'd use the catalogue especially if you know it can be repaid. A payment break doesnt get you the cash up front.

Just my opinion.

A new dawn.

It could quickly pay back the catalogue rather than interest accruing for longer though Paul.

Been trying to contact RSM Tenon via e-mail with no response? I have tried 2 different e-mail addresses and nothing back.

Hi Lorryjo1983.

It's Apex Debt Solutions that you'll now need to speak with. Their telephone number is listed on their website as being 0330 055 5455.

Oh have RSM ceased trading? I thought they would have sent something to let me know.

It's quite complicated Lorryjo1983.

RSM Tenon was a large accounting and business services firm. It was well documented that they'd got into financial difficulty and the business was acquired by Baker Tilly. The insolvency practitioners in Scotland appear to have decided they'd rather set up a new firm rather than be part of Baker Tilly. Apex Debt Solutions was formed and, after a delay, former RSM Tenon clients became Apex Debt Solutions clients.

A lot of the RSM Tenon team are working at Apex.

It's quite clear reading around this forum that their clients would have appreciated more contact about this than has actually been provided.
