Hi,

This might just sound likea basic question but I've just entered a Trust Deed and after 12 months there is a review (I'm with PayPlan) of my Trust Deed. Do I need to submit all of the documents that I submitted at the start all over again or is it merely a phone call with the Trustee??

Hi Neil

No it's likely to be an income and expenditure with copy payslips.

Thanks Mark.

One other question, what is the overall opinion of PayPlan?

They are a fairly large organisation, but to be honest I don't know enough people who have been in trust deeds with them to comment. They are a large organisation, and I would suggest that no news is good news! As Mark says, you will have to complete an income and expenditure, and provide proof of earnings. Reviews are normally carried out every six months.
