Have received my letter having submitted the info for my 1st annual review. Payment to remain the same. I am so relieved. Just another 24 payments left to go now. I can't thank David tan nick enough for being so quick to respond to any query I have via email. It makes the whole process much easier when you have a worry that can be cleared up quickly by quick information. Roll on 2016 it can't come quickly enough!!!

I'm glad this has worked out as you hoped notntodeedyet.

I'm sure David Tannock would be pleased to know that his team has earned your praise, but he's away on holiday at the moment so might miss out!

Making sure your income and expenditure is accurate from the start makes review time much less stressful.

great news regarding payments staying the same.

Paul makes a good point. If the information is correct at the start, then only a material change in circumstances would have any effect on contribution.

In my experience 95% remain unchanged through the whole period of the trust deed.

To be fair when it was set David states that he felt it would be tight to work to the budget and boy was he right. Fortunately my wage has consistently been a little higher than originally thought but it's all on the review and thankfully amount has stayed the same. If my wage was any less the td would have failed and goodness knows where I would be now. But as stated 24 payments less and boy it's a lot easier than juggling the debts I had and working seven days a week scrabbling for any hours going just to be able to eat. Fortunately I'm not one for going out or drinking or smoking so I don't have high entertainment amounts. I cannot recommend wylei and bisset highly enough.

Hi notntodeedyet,

I'm pleased that you received the letter confirming your payments would remain the same whilst I was off on annual leave. I sensed in your emails you were a little worried about this but I knew things would be fine.

I remember how nervous you were at the start of the Trust Deed and I can't believe that it's been a year already since you entered it. I've looked at your file and you have 24 payments remaining. I'm sure this will fly in for you.

Thanks for the positive feedback and kind words. I really enjoyed my time off and spending some quality time with the new addition to our family.

As ever if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me.
