I have to agree Paul. It's a great site even for us involved at the other end of the business and quite scary when you read about what goes on out there, when we are all meant to be working to the same rules.

I couldn;t agree more...i have learnt more in the last 2 weeks since finding this site than i ever knew about debt!
Certainly makes you feel better knowing that you're not alone.
I was offered a loan from TSB too...but at time was too scared to take it...then as a previous post said i was finding it difficult and started using credit cards for one shop a month and then it went up to two and then the last couple of months it was most of my spending went on credit cards thinking things would sort themselves out soon enough! Glad i didn;t go down the loan from bank route now.
I'm still far from feeling ok, but now i have an IP, whatever happens with the trust deed (whether it gets protected or not) i know i have help and it will get sorted out.
Protected 2014...due to finish 2018...early finish after selling house!
FF36 you have taken massive strides in sorting things out. I think for every person trying to sort out their debts there are 20 who will carry on struggling!
I'm sure your td will get protected and you can start counting down until its all over.
