Hi,
I was just looking through some of the posts and noted the AIB checker for trust deeds etc. I went to check on mine, as it has been a while, and there is no records of my PTD to be found. Filled out as many fields as I could and still nothing. I was on it previously as I checked a few years ago, was definitely there.
Is there issues with the database at the moment or has something happened to my trust deed without my knowing? I am due to finish on the 10th October this year, so not long to go. But this struck me as strange and thought I would seek advice.

Can I suggest that you try again but this time only enter your surname, Mark? Entering too much information is usually counterproductive because if one digit/letter is different then it will just come back that no match has been found.

Hi Mark,
Based on your signature, I assume your surname is Stockwell - if that's the case, there is an active TD on the ROI that came in to effect in late 2017 - this matches with your expected finish date of October this year.
If this is you, then as Kevin said, it may have been a case of "less is more" for searching the ROI
