Well looks like my ex Trustee can not stop helping himself , a couple of months ago I got a letter from the RBS telling me they had worked out my PPI interest wrongly and was due ยฃ34 , phoned RBS to find out why there had been no payment , they sent the cheque to my Trustee last month and he banked it , nice of him to tell me , I take it the money is mine as was discharged last year . My complaint was heard on the 19th by the IPA , awaiting the outcome but I have no faith in them based on their past performance , as it took 20 months to get a hearing .

Hi Andrew

If your trustee has been discharged, then legally they have no authority to receive your cheque, never mind bank it.

Which of course is a separate matter from your own discharge though, pinalta.

cant be bothered with chasing this up , just another letter of complaint to the IPA and endless months of inaction in store , I can guess its not the first time he has done this Tonyd's case rings a bell .
