Hello everyone
im looking for any advise regarding the end of my trust deed my last payment is due in 2 weeks my trustee is Carrington Dean formarly Buchanan Roxborough
Ive found it very hard to get info out of them and need a couple of questions answered
after my last payment at the end of the month can i cancel the standing order ??
has anybody else dealt with them recently ? regarding the end of there t.d any advise ?
the lack of any info from them is worrying i didnt even know there had been a change in my trustee!!

There should be no problem cancelling the standing order if you have made all of your payments.

Hi rhugsi,
You havent mentioned whether you have any assets that would be required to be dealt with at the end of the Trust Deed - but if none outstanding would agree with Mark's comments.

cheers plasticdaft its been a horrible few years but so glad to be coming to an end and start building for the future 🙂 its a nice feeling of relief achievement and general positivity 🙂

Hi Rhugsi, my trust deed is with Carrington Dean and they contacted me shortly after I made my last payment to say I could cancel my direct debit. Well done on getting to the end!
