my trust deed is showing as finished on annual credit report,but noodle still says its active.

annual credit report my score has gone from 308 to 447........overnight!!

I am not expecting miracles,and things will take time.

What was discussed with your trustee when you signed your trust deed 4654ae16? Is the car due to be valued at the end?

I have a feeling this will be one of those questions where practice varies from firm to firm so it will be difficult to give you a firm answer.

Yes I am sure it was said it was to be valued at the end. Can I make additional contributions between now and then just for the car? If it was say £2,500 would my trust deed need to run on for another 5 months, at present I pay £300 a month. Thanks

As I say, you would need to clarify this with your trustee. There is a fair chance they will require some sort of payment from you at the end of the trust deed I would say, but I wouldn't like to predict how they will calculate this.

Any additional contributions betwen now and the end of your trust deed would need to be made by a third party as any spare disposable income you have is meant to be paid in anyway. In any case, how would you know how much is required if the car has not been valued yet?

I use annual credit report and noodle as both are easily available and noodle is free but you have to apply then wait to be accepted.

Our car was revalued and ended up not being included as the value was lower than expected!!

We've just (about 10 minutes ago!) uploaded a new page about access to a free credit report trial. Some people may remember that I asked for member feedback about this in the forum a few weeks ago.

According to Which? Experian/Credit Expert rank top for credit report accuracy which we thought was important when we weighed up the options.

As plasticdaft says there are other viable options as well.
