Both myself and my husband have a trust deed,my husband works as do I, we have a joint bank account that both our wages are paid into and have joint credators.Today in the post my husband received a 6 month review form only in his name from the trust deed that he has to fill in with how much wages he gets and what expenditure he has ie: mortgage, fuel(gas, electricity ect) telephone, food, clothing, council tax, transport and others and give the total money left, my problem is that both our wages are used to pay all these expences but they are only asking for my husbands details if I get a form to fill out i would have to fill in the same details as my husband as everything comes out of the same account for this reason we are not sure on how to fill out this form as we need both wages to cover all the expenditure and feel this should be considured jointly.

When the TD's were set up all income/expenditure would have been taken into account for your monthly contribution, just as all household income is taken into consideration when only one person in a couple signs one.
Yes it was and it was jointly but the problem this time is they are asking for just my husbands income and expenditure where as at the time of setting up the trust deed they asked for the combined income and expenditure and the contrabutions were based on this.

You could check with your trustee firm, but I imagine it will not be a problem to put all of the joint income/expenditure down with a wee explanatory note that the spare amount is to be shared between your trust deeds.
