Btw, I've not received my Form 5 - where should this come from - and who should I chase?

Your trustee should send it to you. Best to call them about this.

The form 5 would have been sent to you prior to the date entered as your date of discharge on the Register of Insolvencies, leeper1974. Perhaps you received it but didn't realise that is what it was?

After I was discharged I just received a print out of the discharge from the AIB website - confirming the date etc. Is that the 'form'.?

No, it should have been forwarded to you with a copy going to the AIB. It's the copy the AIB use to update the details.
There shouldn't be any issue with the trustee resending you a copy of the letter & form.

Glad it's all worked out. I know the big thing is seeing it recorded in the ROI, however having an actual paper copy is always good to have.
