...and now it's time to find out if there were any objections or if my TD is protected.

I'll be calling my trustee on Monday so fingers crossed.

Cheers,

Hi DFW, was obviously in the same position myself this time last week. I'm sure everything will be fine.

My fingers are crossed for you DFW.

I've said this many times, but if you read the interviews with Mark, Kevin and Julie you'll see that the percentage of trust deeds that they handle, which go on to become protected trust deeds, is very very very high. The same is true for other companies that handle a volume of trust deed cases because they all understand what the creditors will and will not accept.

Thank you TDA.

As my TD is with one of those companies, I'm not losing any sleep!

Hey Mark

Just waiting for the call back. The waiting almost put me off my roll and bacon this morning. But not quite.

Cheers,

DFW

Thanks TDA.

Sufficient objections came in so now there's a bit of to-ing and fro-ing to be done which my trustee feels will be successful due to the nature of the objections raised.

So unfortunately we're not quite there yet but we should know one way or the other in a couple of days.

Cheers,

DFW

My objection was a misunderstanding of the numbers. That has been removed.

Just sorting our Mrs DFW...

Hi DFW

Phew!! Hopefully everything is ok now. I thought for a minute your hopes were dashed, but sometimes creditors will ask for a wee bit more info and then withdraw any objections.

Thanks Mark.

Just trying to lift the objection on Mrs DFW then we'll be home and dry.

Please all clench your buttocks until this is done!

For those waiting with baited breath (oh, that's me) and everyone else, we're still tweaking things.

Hopefully it shouldn't be too much longer now.

When it's done and dusted I'll post what happened to help others.

Cheers,
