There should not be an issue with entering into another trust deed, especially as it is quite a while ago since the last one finished.

You could approach the company who helped you last time. Philip Gill & Co and Tenon are two firms represented by Mark and Kevin who answer peoples questions on this forum. You may wish to speak to one of them as well so that you have a comparison point about who will be best to help you. There is no general reason in principle why another trust deed wouldn't be available to you.

The firm handling the case for you would want to dig into the circumstances a little so that they understand how the situation has arisen again. So long as the circumstances are reasonable there should not be an issue.
