Interesting. hi week I have been to the Insolvency Conference and AIB update on the new ASTRA system.
On the proposed changed to 48 months, I asked if the Income and expenditure we submit requires to be in the actual Money Advice Trust Form or a similar style form. Answer - Don't know.
Next Question was the Trust Deed will now run for 48 months as opposed to 36. Does this mean 48 payments minimum or does it just relate to the period. Answer - Don't know.
Easier Question, where do we download the new form use for Trust Deeds? Answer - Don't know.
In general, 9 days to go and no one appears to know what's going on!

Hi Mark,
I thought I was the only one feeling concerned regarding the new changes and still a lot of unanswered questions.
I get the feeling that it's a bit like it will ÔÇ£work itself outÔÇØ... attitude.
9 days to go until the new Trust Deed changes and 12 days to go until I can open the first square on my advent calendar.

Hi David
I think we are all pretty much in the same boat.
My concern is that there are no straight answers, so if we use our own style form incorporating all the key expenses from the MAT form, it gets accepted by creditors and then we are told by the AIB that it they won't register it protected as we have not used the actual form.
To be honest the current position is exactly as I anticipated.
