Yes and to add insult to injury the information was posted on an American site which stated he developed the Trust Deed after he 'misplaced his printing business enterprise'!! I had the same problem with a black umbrella once.

Tragedy - poor Sir Walter Scott never received his form 5 then (in person that is).
