I'm currently arranging paperwork etc to sort out my trust deed with my Trust Deed company.
My 02 mobile contract seems to be a hell of an expense when i look at my income / expenditure. Am i best to include this in the Trust Deed as it's ?ú45 per month until June 2011! Been having a look and i can get a Pay as you go tariff for a much more reasonable ?ú15-?ú20 per month! I'm not behind on payments or anything, i just think it's a crazy expense and think i might be best on something that i have no danger of high bills etc which could muck up my income / expenditure and cause me problems.

Do you owe O2 any money at the moment? Are you able to break your contract before 2011?

Hi all
I suppose you are always paying in arrears with a phone contract, so this would qualify as a debt.
