Hi
After 5 weeks will I recieve written confirmation saying that my trust deed is protected? Clydesdale Bank say that they need a reference number saying that my trust deed has been granted and what court passed it? any ideas?

The 5 weeks is dated from the date of the gazette notice. You should receive confirmation.
Banks usually ask this, but there is no court reference. Best pass this to the trustee to deal with.

Hi Mark, I just emailed you direct. Didnt want to bother you too much! Ive not recieved any written confirmation from yourselves as yet. Can you send it out, and maybe email me a reference number to give to them? Cheers steve

Yes, just spotted and replied. MAL002 is probably the best reference.
