August 2009 - Trust Deed signed
July 2012 - final payment made
Sep 2013 - Discharged after PPI investigation concluded.
February 2015 - Won a privacy case against Google referencing my name and Trust Deed details through a Romanian site.
1 November 2015 - All records now dropped off ALL credit reference files.
Much harder work than it should have been to get dates corrected in all credit reference agencies, but the delight in seeing the new report today is almost as much as watching a Scotland try in the Rugby World Cup :-).
Thanks for all the support from the Forum Admin, Experts and members. It was so very valuable to me.

That's great news that all of the loose ends have now finally been tied up. Congratulations to you.
