I would like to take a moment to thank TDA, Kevin and David for their support and advice to everyone. And to the other members whose knowledge has helped me over the years.
I am out of my Trust Deed since 2012, yet I have found the site valuable to learn more and I greatly appreciate it. I have not been on much in recent months although still pop in from time to time - interested in the outcome of the appeals.
I would like to wish everyone a very Happy 2017 and a sense of some relief that a brighter future is within their sights having taken the step to deal with their money worries. Onwards and Upwards!

You have been a great support Firewalker over what has been a hard year. I am back at court on 8th February where hopefully it will be decided once and for all whether or not I get my money. It seems it depended on the outcome of the David Mond appeal to the Supreme Court.
