A few days ago, I emailed my relationship manager, who has been extremely helpful and finally sorted issues I'd had, perhaps caused by being my 4th relationship manager in 2 years, only to receive a delivery failure. I called WA and was told she didn't work there anymore but, more worryingly, the Glasgow office is closing and all the accounts would be taken up by the Manchester office.
(1) Should I be concerned? And (2) disappointing to once again not be advised relationship manager is changing (or the place is closing down). It honestly was going so well, my rl really helped make a difficult time/situation manageable, I hope this good service continues post move.
Every end has a start !!
Dear TimeLord
Thank you for your post.
I can confirm that we are in the process of centralising all our Trust Deed and Sequestration customer service into our offices here in Manchester. We already provide customer service to our DAS clients from Manchester, as well as all our Scottish debt advice.
We are still confirming the final arrangements รรรด for example a number of our Relationship Managers will be relocating to Manchester. As soon as we have done this then we will be writing to all clients to inform them of the change: we expect these letters to go out in the next couple of weeks. The phone number you use to contact us will remain unchanged and we will provide you with reply paid envelopes to use when sending in payslips and so on.
As you would expect, we will be working hard to ensure that the level of service provided to all our clients isn't impacted by this move.
Thank you
Sarah
