Having complained to wilson andrews about my final review, i was waiting for a reply from the manager. After waiting a week and being really stressed about things i dedcided to phone. Having now spoke to the manager he feels him talking to the trustee hasn't made any difference and a letter has been sent to me in the post. I know before i receive it none of my concerns have been addressed and i just wanted to know where can i take things from here as i really unhappy about the way things have been dealt with. I almost feel as though because i have complained the trustee is unwilling to compromise and hear my side at all, but i just feel it is unfair that i have to accept what they are saying when i know it isn't right. all help would be really appreciated.

Hi anniefun.

I think the information I added to your other similar thread this evening is relevant.

Every Trustee has a professional body to whom you can complain should you feel that to be appropriate.

It is the right thing to do to give your Trustee the opportunity to deal with any concerns prior to taking this step.
