Hi

I'm looking for recommendations on who to use for a TD. I'm just starting to get behind on things and my creditors aren't being very helpful/sympathetic so things are starting to get really hairy.

I've exhausted any savings I had and I now feel I need help in dealing with my debts.

I know theres a few recommendations here, but I'm not sure who I should use and don't have a lot of time to sit and decide.

Can anyone who has used one of the recommended firms advise?

Thanks
Delboy

Hi Delboy

Whoever you decide to use, I would always suggest a meeting to look at all options and ensure all matters are fully confirmed in writing before doing anything.

Hello iamdelboy and welcome.

If you do get chance to have a read around the forum you'll find positive commentary from previous visitors that have used each of the firms represented here by Mark, Kevin, Shona and Chris.

I can appreciate however that it might be useful to hear directly from some members already have done so. Hopefully they'll be able to oblige you soon.

Hi iamdelboy,

I am currently in a trust deed with Carrington Dean and upto now have found them very helpful. Fingers crossed I am saying the same at the end of it all.

I had a meeting with Mark McFadyen yesterday and we talked over my situation. Hopefully his company will be able to help me.
