Will try and keep it short . if you are in dispute with your Trustee can you object to them drawing funds from your deed ?. And , what protection do you have if you belive there is posible harasment from your Trustee , when they , have no legal mandate to do so. [:0]

Hi pinalta

You can have the AIB audit the trustees fees if you think they are excessive and the Trustee's governing body will investigate any complaints you may have.

Hope this helps.

Dear Mark / TDA thanks for your help . Mark I sent you a e-mail a day or so ago with a update regarding my current situation . I would be in your debt if when your schedule permits if you would oblige me once again by giving me your thoughts and advice.

Hi pinalta

I responded earlier this morning. Good news on the ยฃ3k concession. Told you! Still a scandal the way it has been dealt with to date though.

If you can provide me with the info requested, as detailed as possible, I'll review over the weekend and get back to you.

Mark
