Hello themolsshow.
This site recommends the three firms represented here by Kevin, David and Mark. We're not saying they're the only good firms though, and it's good of Dg021440 to share their experience.
No harm in speaking to a couple so you can get a feel for them.
Hi themolsshow,
There are a number of firms that you can speak with and set up a Trust Deed with.
We always suggest speaking with a couple of advisors from different firms and take it from there. By doing that you should have a feel for things and can compare what you are being told. Different can handle things slightly differently i.e. Some can take a little time to discharge you once you have completed all of your payments.
I guess the benefit of using an expert from the forum is we are out there in the open to answer any queries. The majority of advisors within our industry don't have that level of exposure.
Also, I would always suggest trying to do things in person when it comes to setting up a Trust Deed. That could be meeting an advisor at their office or a home visit.
What was the reason your Trust Deed failed?
David is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum
Just to echo what the others have said, I'm sure any of the experts on here would be happy to have a look at your situation, themolsshow.
Have your circumstances changed significantly since you started your Trust Deed previously? If so, it may not even be the best route for you any more. Best to keep an open mind and hopefully get the right procedure in place.
Hi david I have contacted you through your profile regarding setting up a new trust deed .
