Hi again stavros.

This site feels good about recommending the firms that are represented here by Mark, Kevin and Shona. There are other good firms out there as well.

Other visitors may wish to share their personal experiences with you.

The most important thing is probably to get some personal advice from a qualified person at this stage. You'll want to be sure that a trust deed is available to you and right for you. Often people find that other options are a better fit for their circumstances after they have taken good advice.

Another important thing is that, if you do go down the route of a trust deed, that you get everything clarified and confirmed in advance of signing the trust deed document. Being inquisitive and getting things in writing before you sign goes a long way towards preventing nasty surprises later.

Hi Stavros

I think the best advice is to look at firms recommended and do a wee bit of homework.

I would always advise a face to face meeting where nothing is signed. After which all matters discussed should be fully confirmed in writing and the position re equity, car, overtime etc etc are absolutely clarified. That way there is no doubt.

Hope this helps

Mark
