I have a trust deed in my name only, They are asking me to provide details of my partners income as proof of my contribution, without this the wont accept that i cant afford the contribution they are requesting..... The debt is all mine, we are not married, do not have any joint debts, or joint accounts. Even though he earns more than me we split all bill payments down the middle and he then support me and our child with what he has left........ yes i understand he should pay more cause he earns more but we find it better to work this way....... we do we stand in this case......

A trustee needs to have the full picture in order that he/she can assess what is a fair contribution, which is why they are requesting this information.

However you prefer to organise it between you and your partner, as long as you are not paying more than your fair share overall then I don't see why your trustee should have any problem with that.
