Hi

I am due to finish my Trust Deed in June, what is the normal process for this? Do I need to produce bank statements, pay slips etc?

Also having read some of the posts on here I am worried that my Trust Deed may get extended - how is this decided and when do you find out if it has been extended?

Thanks

Is there equity to be paid into the td or assets such as cars to be included?

No, don't own any assets and staying in a rented flat so no equity as far as I know.

As long as you are up to date with payments theres no reason for things to be extended. Extensions normally only occur where arrears have occured or equity is being dealt with.

Paul is correct - no equity (rented accom) - no assets identified. So no reason to be extended, however you should note the previous comments/topics in relation to both VAT reclaim by the Trustee and PPI reclaims - in particular to when your Trust Deed started (which I would expect given your statements of up to date etc to have been 2009 (post 2008). Trustee should be ensuring that all claims are received to pay the dividends to creditors and the process from the last payment should take around 6 weeks to discharge.
