Hi I hope someone can help. I signed a trust deed at the end of February. I have 2 cars which I have been allowd to keep however I have had to hand one back as it was costing too much money as things kept going wrong with it so I have therfore terminated the agreement. The problem is I have now received a letter saying that I have to pay £555 due to the car having damage over and above the 'fair wear and tear'. What are my options? Should I contact the company and agree to pay so much a month or can I have the amount added into my trust deed?

Hi Dredd
As the agreement existed pre Trust Deed, this will be a claim in the Trust Deed.
Best send it to your trustee and let them deal with it.
