Guys I could really use some help here? As per my previous posts, I have been trying to obtain a response from my trustee since 17th March 2009 in relation to releasing the remaining equity in my property. I have now emailed them on 7 different occassions and phoned to leave several messages for someone to contact me. As yet, I still await some sort of response. Are there any sanctions here - I am so frustrated just waiting around!

Hi magscb14,

I would suggest that you write to the Trustee in person and give them an opportunity to ensure that you are contacted back within a reasonable timeframe. I also suggest that you explain your repeated attempts to discuss this matter.

Ultimately you could make a complaint to the Trustee's regulator but I think it's probably best to give the Trustee a chance to personally rectify the lack of response before taking such a step.

I'd agree with TDA - best not to put the trustee's back up if you can help it. Keep on at them though.
