Hi, has anyone else been harassed by wescot credit services? It has been 6 months since I entered into a trust deed and I'm still being sent final notice letters by this company, I send them onto my IP but its not the point, do they just not get it??

I've never had the pleasure of them, and by pleasure I of course mean utter annoyance. Just keep doing what you're doing and ask your trustee to fax or send them the details again. There's nothing Westcot can do to you.
Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
Hi prenticebaby.
Gillian is right, they cannot do anything to you. But I can understand it must be annoying.
I wonder if your trust deed firm has been communicating with the lender themselves (which they should do), rather than Wescot who were probably previously instructed by that lender to collect on this debt?
Maybe a fax from your Trustee to Wescot would do the trick?
Hi prenticebaby
I will see what a I can do. Some folk just don't listen, but I will get the office to contact them again tomorrow.
Shona is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum.
Thanks Shona, I'm sure its in hand but they have called and left several messages and keep sending these letters, I just don't think they get the message!!

Hello. I am one of the directors at Wescot and am concerned if you are still being contacted after you have informed us that you have entered into a Trust Deed and would like to assist you in resolving this. If you could let me have information about the account by writing to me at Wescot Credit Services Limited, Jarratt Street, Hull HU1 3HA marked for the attention of the Legal and Compliance Director or you could call me in the office tomorrow - 01482 590590. Alternatively, if you feel comfortable doing so, you can let me have your Wescot reference number and I will get someone to look at the account.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to respond and your offer to investigate this for me. My insolvency practitioner has written to wescot and they have subsequently advised they passed the debt back to RBS. RBS have also been notified again to update their records so I'm hoping I receive no further correspodence. If I do however, I will certainly come back to you.

That's ok. I am glad it is sorted.
Hi ST1961.
I'd just like to say that it's very welcome that you and Wescot have chosen to engage with prenticebaby in this forum and offer to help.
It would be great if other creditors and their agents also chose to do so as this type of engagement really helps to create understanding and solve problems.
