Welcome to the trust deed forum suziecakes.

I don't think a trust deed will interfere with your ability to get a bursary or student loan, but how will you keep up with the payments while studying?

thankyou. well i only work part time so if i did qualify for a bursary it wouldnt be much less than i earn now plus i would get a reduction in council tax etc. ill obviously have to look into it a bit more

Bursaries and student loans are not credit scored so availability is not affected by a trust deed.
