Hi a quick question, if my wages is £300 one week and £350 another week, do I need to tell my trustee everything it changes? Another question I have not been pursued for my animal IE however I an due to send one in which will should be my last one, any reason why my Trustee hasn't pursued my last 2?
Hi worried2465
I think if it was a one off, or the increase was sporadic, then it should not be an issue. If it is more regular, then there's a requirement to notify your trustee.
Most firms will put something in place re bonuses, overtime etc at the start, to keep things right.
It's difficult to comment on the annual reports though as this is something only your trustee can deal with.

Thanks Mark, so basically if I had the chance of Overtime I as as well not taking it, because I won't see any of it
Hi worried2465
It's a good point and the reason why there needs to be balance in these agreement, otherwise you dont work the overtime and no one benefits.

Hi worried2465,
I wouldn't say that you need to refuse overtime if you have the option. I would speak with your Trustee about an arrangement when it comes to your overtime. It could be the case that if you did overtime, the Trustee would take a % of this and you would be left with a % and therefore you see some benefit from it.
Some jobs require overtime and it can be a regular thing for people. Other people can progress career wise by doing regular overtime and going that ÔÇ£extra mileÔÇØ. Like Mark has said, I always think it's about finding a balance that is as fair as can be with all parties involved in these things.
Speak with your Trustee about this issue and let us know how you get on.
