A quick update on the recent survey that we ran via the site.
We'd like to thank everyone that took the time to participate. The response was excellent, with 309 people taking part. That was around 18% of our membership which is way higher than would normally be expected for this type of survey. These were obviously issues and questions that many members feel strongly about.
Having such a good response makes the results of the survey all the more valuable. The data is being very carefully analysed, something that will take a couple more weeks to make sure that it's done properly before it is released in full.
Having said that, I can say that 96% of those that took the survey think that Trust-Deed.co.uk is doing a decent job. That's really rewarding feedback, though we are thinking about how we can improve in the future so that the other 4% find the site more useful as well.
The draw for the survey participation prizes is taking place tomorrow and winners will be notified by an email from Zero Credit (who managed the survey on our behalf).

I reckon you should always allow a cushion for 4% of the population, who will never be happy no matter what you do.....

I sincerely hope I didn't hit a wrong answer and become one of the 4 % - thanks again for all the help and advice from both the administrators, advisers and contributors 🙂

I know its a great source for information & help @ least mostly everyone is in the same situation and a bit of support is always a good thing.

By the way, Zero Credit is a very fine organisation and is involved in much more than market research.
