Hi, we are two years into our PTD, but recently due to circumstances changing we have not paid our contributions.
We are now being told that our wages may be arressted! we are behind with our mortgage already and am now scared.
Help?

Hi jpie.
A few weeks ago you said you were going to talk through your changes in circumstances with your trustee.
Did you manage to get that done?

I think you really need to discuss matters with your Trustee.
From his point of view, you have stopped paying the contribution and given no reason.

hi,
we finally managed to talk to our case manager today after a couple of weeks of leaving messages!
We have sorted a way forward and hopefully will get back on track
