Hi everyone
We were discharged from our TDs 6 weeks ago. Received correspondence from the above company today, addressed to hubby & I. Offering to help us prepare the letters needed to correct our credit files (no charge but a request of 8 first class stamps each) plus the ยฃ2 fee each for Experian.
As well as this, enclosed is a newsletter telling us we could be entitled to compensation for the loans & credit cards that went into our TDs. Apparently the banks try to withhold refunds if you've been in a a TD, but company states most of their work is related to TDs and they are able to get refunds for exTD-ers. Of course it's a "no win no fee" service (aren't they all).
Feeling very confused......anyone any experience or thoughts ?? Thanks
Bin it.

Hi Paul !
Yeah best place for it I reckon eh ?
I think they are simply an ambulance chasing type of company and troll the insolvency registers to get details of people like you and I.
