RSM Tenon confirmed today that they had received in total from SHL(Slater Hayward Law) for reclaiming mis-sold ppi on mine and wifes accounts,the grand total of no pounds and no pence!!! Glad we have only been waiting since january for SHL to discover what we already knew!!

Just have to wait for dividend cheques to be sent out and for creditors to cash them and then Kenny Craig can discharge himself as our trustee,and we can finally say its over.

i contacted them today and they said although i have been discharged they still need me to sign the eif forms

If you have been discharged, sillybohy1, then they cannot now sequestrate you for failing to comply. By discharging you in the first place they are saying that you have already complied fully and therefore have no further obligations to them.
