Yes its me again ! , and yes even more threating letters from my Trustee's Solicitor .
Now he has changed tact and started on my ex wife , who rightly has said , ok I wish to sell because he has put pressure on her .

It has been nearly a year since my offer was made , and accepted by ALL my creditors , yet he has not paid them a single penny or discharged me .

From my basic understanding of Trust deeds , the Trustee has to adhere to the wishes of the creditors who will indicate what they are willing to accept , they have stated they have accepted my offer of composition as full and final settlement , as my Trustee has done nothing to prove his allegations but yet again drawn fee's for doing nothing , surely a milking of the system , plus what he will take for fee's could have been used to give a better return to my creditors , how is that acting in their best interests ? .

I can not understand how he gets away with it , my complaints are under investigation by various bodies , but this has been going on since October , I have no faith in the complaints procedure the time scales seem to favour the Trustee , with the hope I might just give up , under the time scale and pressure .

This caused me health problems , because this has been going on for years with mounting pressure and stress , plus causing numerous arguments with my ex wife , surely he has some duty of care to me , after all his actions have caused me years of stress and anxiety .

Just can not understand how he gets away with it , and is able to draw fee's when there is clear evidence that he has done nothing to advance the case , and has used stalling tactics , and empty argument to draw fees .[|)]

Hi Pinalta

I have to say it is the most bizarre case I have ever dealt with in 26 years.

It will be interesting to see the result of the IPA investigation. I see they have dropped the Gratuitous alienation line and going for a straight sale. It will also be interesting if the Sheriff gets to hear that a large part of the agreed equity has been paid at the start and that creditors agreed for the Trust Deed to be finalised.
