Anyone know What is the average time between debtor discharge and trustee discharge is on the AIB website. Just out of curiosity as I have been discharged but still no trustee discharge date.

I'm afraid I have no idea what the average is kdog7. We hear of significant variance between cases and between firms.

From the perspective of the trustee, I suspect most will consider that they've met their responsibility to their client by providing them with their discharge.

I was 13 months after I was discharged until my trustee was discharged.

Hi kdog7,

I don't think you will find an answer to this question as it can vary from firm to firm.

If all of the administration has been concluded and any assets realised including PPI (which is normally the biggest cause to delay the Trustee discharge) then I can't see why it would take much longer than a couple of months for the Trustee to be discharged.

Best to give your Trustee a call and ask them when they expect to be discharged.

I was 14 months KDog7. Oddly enough AIB website didn't update till last week although the discharge date was mid March of this year.
