Finally the AiB register of insolvencies has been updated to reflect that our trustee has discharged himself.

Its over.

Now onto clearing up all the late defaults!!!!

Big thank you to RSM Tenon who have been very fair to work with throughout(especially Nicola Boyd who has been looking after us of late).

Communication is key throughout the life of a trust deed folks, dont be afraid to talk to your chosen firm, they really are there to help you.

Hi there, how did you find out this information. I had a trust deed with RSM Tenon the same as yourself & was discharged on 4/10/11. Would I need to phone Tenon or AIB ? Any help on this would be great. Thanks & congratulations on it all being over

Can't tell you how happy I am for you. I'm still waiting for mine to come through from Invocas. They've had the money from Barclaycard so hopefully it'll all be done and dusted by the end of the year. If not, I'm going to post a happy birthday note on the date that it's been 1 year since my last payment. Might post it to my trustee as well.[}:)]

Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!

Very happy for you.

Were you just unlucky that ppi question came up around month 36?

Yes ppi seems to have delayed things, even though we insistehd we never took any(which was proved to be correct after several months).

P boy, anyone can look up the register of insolvencies on the aib website, you just need to register and look yourself up. I have been keeping a regular eye on it but my case manager has kept me updated by email as I asked them to.

I know the real big date is your own discharge but knowing the trustee has completed his work finally puts it behind us. I shall start work on the late defaults very soon. Plus hopefully creditors will update records to settled or satisfied, 3 out of 4 of my wife's creditors have done this already but none of mine have.

Onwards and upwards.

Congratulations! I have another 18 months to go on my 3.5 year TD and can still remember going in to sign it all like it was yesterday. Looking forward to the last 18 months going as quickly!

Glad that's over with....
