Hi Bsmith1986

Form 6 is the Trustee requesting his discharge from creditors and this takes place 14 days later.

So both you & the Trustee should be discharged. If this is not showing you need to ask the a trustee why they have failed to forward Form 7 to the AIB when this should be sent on expiry of the 14 days.

Hope this helps

Hi bsmith1986

I meant to say that the Trustee is required to submit Form 7 to the AIB immediately after he has been discharged after the 14 days.

The only thing that should delay this is if the discharge has not been accepted by creditors which, in my experience, would be extremely unusual.

Let us know how you get on.
