Can anyone tell me me how long your trustee can remain in office ? I have never received a form 6. Is their a set time or can they remain in office forever, which wouldn't surprise me.

Have u been discharged?......I only received form 5, I thought form 6 was the trustee discharge form? I found out my trustee was discharged via the aib website. I don't think there is a time limit for a trustee being in office, but I would pester them to get things moving along so ur case gets closed completely.

Hi p boy kk.
There's no specific time limit. Between PPI and a change in VAT rules trustees around the industry have had a tough time seeking their own discharge in recent times.
It's a bit of a red herring though. If you've been discharged it shouldn't make any difference to you whether or not your trustee has.
